Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: April 24, 2026

This policy explains what customers may and may not run through Relayon's governed AI runtime. It is designed to keep Relayon positioned as B2B software infrastructure, not a financial service, crypto service, wallet, remittance product, or card product.

1. Service boundary

Relayon provides software for project-scoped AI access, routing controls, budget controls, pause controls, approval workflows, and audit evidence. Relayon does not provide banking, stored value, wallet services, remittance, payouts, money transmission, investment advice, cryptocurrency services, or card issuing.

2. Prohibited financial and crypto activity

  • No wallet funding, stored-value balances, cash-out rights, remittance, payouts, or money transmission.
  • No cryptocurrency trading, token promotion, token issuance, crypto custody, crypto payments, or crypto exchange activity.
  • No investment advice, trading signals, portfolio management, securities activity, or promises of profit.
  • No lending, credit repair, debt collection, insurance, gambling, or other regulated financial services unless explicitly approved in writing and legally permitted.

3. Prohibited abuse and security activity

  • No fraud, phishing, credential theft, malware, spam, bot abuse, or unauthorized access.
  • No attempts to bypass provider terms, rate limits, authentication controls, or account restrictions.
  • No scraping or automated access that violates third-party terms or applicable law.
  • No use that targets sanctioned countries, sanctioned persons, or restricted parties.

4. Prohibited content and goods

  • No illegal goods, controlled substances, weapons, counterfeit goods, or stolen goods workflows.
  • No adult sexual services, exploitative content, harassment campaigns, or hate activity.
  • No activity that violates privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, export controls, or consumer-protection laws.

5. Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for their accounts, projects, users, provider keys, prompts, outputs, integrations, and workloads. Customers must ensure that their use of Relayon and any connected provider complies with applicable law, provider terms, procurement rules, and internal policies.

6. Review and enforcement

Relayon may review, suspend, limit, or terminate access when a workload appears to violate this policy, applicable law, provider terms, or payment-partner requirements. Managed access may require manual review before activation and may remain unavailable for unsupported or high-risk use cases.

7. Contact

Questions about permitted use, underwriting, or review should be sent to [email protected].
