Relayon provides software services for project-scoped AI access, managed routing, operational control, and related activation workflows. Relayon does not provide banking, stored-value, remittance, lending, investment, or card-issuing services.

3. Account and project responsibility

• You are responsible for account credentials and access control in your organization.
• You are responsible for workloads operated through your account or projects.
• You must only run lawful workloads and follow applicable compliance requirements.
• You must not use the service for prohibited activity, fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.

4. Orders, payment, and activation

• Orders are placed for platform access and related services.
• Managed access is activated after billing and account verification.
• Some services may require manual review before activation.
• Usage-related charges, where applicable, may be billed separately from platform fees.

5. Prohibited use

You must not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, sanctions violations, payment abuse, or unauthorized access.

6. Refunds and cancellations
