These terms govern use of Relayon's software services for project-scoped AI access, managed routing, and operator controls. By using Relayon, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Service scope
Relayon provides B2B software services for project-scoped AI access, managed routing, operational control, budget controls, pause controls, approval workflows, audit evidence, and related digital activation workflows. Relayon does not provide banking, stored value, wallet services, remittance, payouts, money transmission, lending, investment advice, cryptocurrency services, or card issuing.

3. Account and project responsibility
- You are responsible for account credentials and access control in your organization.
- You are responsible for workloads operated through your account or projects.
- You must only run lawful workloads and follow applicable compliance requirements.
- You must not use the service for prohibited activity, fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.
- You must comply with applicable third-party provider terms for any model, infrastructure, or integration you connect.
4. Orders, payment, and activation
- Orders are placed for software access and related digital activation services.
- Managed access is activated after billing and account verification.
- Some services may require manual review before activation.
- Provider usage charges, where applicable, may be billed separately from platform subscription fees.
- Payment does not create a wallet balance, stored-value balance, cash-out right, remittance right, or payout right.
- Relayon does not act as a bank, wallet, remittance provider, money transmitter, crypto service, investment service, or card issuer.
5. Prohibited use
You must not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, sanctions violations, payment abuse, unauthorized access, cryptocurrency trading or payments, investment advice or trading signals, wallet funding, stored value, remittance, payouts, money transmission, gambling, or any activity prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Refunds and cancellations
Refund and cancellation handling follows the published Refund & Cancellation Policy. Refund approval only reverses eligible software-access or activation payments through the original payment channel where available; it does not create stored value or a cash-withdrawal right.
