Business model

Relayon provides B2B software infrastructure for governed AI agent operations. Customers pay for software access, runtime controls, and digital activation. Relayon is not a bank, wallet, money transmitter, crypto service, investment service, or card issuer.

Relayon does not hold customer funds on behalf of unrelated third parties. Payments are for Relayon software access and related activation services only, and do not create stored value, wallet balances, cash-out rights, remittance rights, or payout rights.

What customers buy

Customers buy a paid project runtime boundary that makes keys, agents, runs, routing posture, budget gates, fallback, pause controls, and operator intervention visible, controllable, and locally stoppable.

Billing and activation

Managed access is activated after billing and account verification. Depending on account posture and plan type, access may require manual review before activation is completed, even when a hosted payment rail is available.

Payment may complete the commercial order, but project activation can still remain subject to billing review, account review, and project provisioning checks before digital access is enabled for the project.

How customers start

  1. Review plans and request the package or activation path that fits the team.
  2. Complete billing, company, and account review as required for the selected plan.
  3. Receive digital activation through account setup, project provisioning, and managed access enablement.
  4. Run project-scoped AI workloads with managed routing and operator controls after activation.

What delivery looks like

  • Account setup for the approved customer account.
  • Project provisioning inside the Relayon runtime.
  • Managed access enablement after billing and account review are complete.
  • Support follow-up when activation needs manual review or remediation.
