Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when platform fees may be cancelled or refunded, and how activation-related and usage-related charges are handled.

1. Before activation

Requests made before managed activation may be eligible for cancellation or refund, subject to review.

2. After activation

Once managed access has been activated, platform fees and usage-related charges may become non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly agreed otherwise.

3. Usage-related charges

Where model or usage-related charges apply, those charges may be billed separately and may not be refundable once consumed.

4. Support response

Support response within 1 business day.

5. How to request cancellation or refund

  • Send request details to [email protected].
  • Include order id, project id, payment reference, and reason.
  • Operations reviews requests and responds with next steps.

6. Processing notes

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment channel where available. Processing time can vary by payment provider and banking timelines.

7. Dispute handling

  1. Step 1: Raise a dispute

    Send dispute details to [email protected] with order id, payment reference, and billing descriptor BITFUSION TECHNOLOGIES LTD.

  2. Step 2: Acknowledgement

    We acknowledge receipt within 1 business day.

  3. Step 3: Evidence review

    We review payment and fulfillment evidence and provide a response within 3 business days.

  4. Step 4: Final resolution

    If approved, refund execution follows the original payment channel where available.
