1. Delivery model

Relayon delivers software access, project provisioning, and managed service activation digitally. Delivery is tied to project scope, account review, acceptable-use review, and order status.

No physical goods are shipped as part of this delivery flow.

2. Activation flow

  1. Billing and verification

    Activation begins after billing completion and any required billing, account, or acceptable-use review.

  2. Provisioning

    Relayon provisions project-scoped access, routing posture, and the required runtime controls.

  3. Activation

    Once provisioning succeeds, the project can move into managed access according to the plan and review outcome. Payment completion does not by itself guarantee immediate activation.

3. Expected timelines

Typical digital activation within 1 business day after payment confirmation, account review, and project provisioning approval.

4. What customers receive

Approved customers receive digital access inside their Relayon account and project environment, including project provisioning, activation status, and managed access enablement where applicable.

5. Service limitations

Delivery timing may depend on billing completion, upstream provider availability, security review, compliance review, or acceptable-use review.

Relayon does not ship physical goods, provide wallet funding, create stored-value balances, offer payouts, provide cryptocurrency services, issue cards, or perform remittance as part of this delivery flow.

6. Support for delayed delivery

If activation is delayed or incomplete, contact support for review and resolution with your order id, project id, and payment reference where available.
