2. Activation flow

    Activation begins after billing completion and any required account review.

  2. Provisioning

    Relayon provisions project-scoped access, routing posture, and the required runtime controls.

  3. Activation

    Once provisioning succeeds, the project can move into managed access according to the plan and review outcome.

Typical delivery within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

4. What customers receive

Approved customers receive digital access inside their Relayon account and project environment, including project provisioning, activation status, and managed access enablement where applicable.

5. Service limitations

Delivery timing may depend on billing completion, upstream provider availability, and security or compliance review.

Relayon does not ship physical goods, provide wallet funding, offer payouts, or perform remittance as part of this delivery flow.

6. Support for delayed delivery

If activation is delayed or incomplete, contact support for review and resolution.
