How to read the current stage
- Submitted: Relayon has your request. The review queue is open, and the next update will come when the request is picked up.
- In review: The request is being reviewed now. Wait for the next decision or follow-up message before taking another step.
- Needs info: The review cannot finish yet. Reply with the requested company, workload, or billing details so review can resume.
- Approved: The request has been approved. The next update will cover activation timing and the remaining setup steps.
- Rejected: The request was not approved. Do not expect activation on this request unless Relayon asks you to resubmit.
- Cancelled: This request is no longer active. Submit a new managed-access request if you still need review.
